We are a licensed dismantler located at 3755 Omec Circle in Rancho Cordova, California, 95742. We are selling these vehicles pursuant to section 11520 of the California Vehicle Code, the license plates have been removed and all Title and Registration documents have been surrendered to the California Department of Motor Vehicles. In accordance with the laws governing motor vehicles, we are required to give you a Bill of Sale which shows the department’s Acquisition Number and Date Reported, the last registration information known to us, and our dismantler Number.

Car Program makes no warranties, express or implied, for the sale of a unit of vehicle parts. All sales are final. All vehicles are sold with a dismantler’s Acquisition Bill-of Sale as a junked Vehicle. If the buyer decides to title this vehicle, then:

1) the buyer will be responsible for obtaining California smog,

2) the buyer will be responsible for obtaining a Brake and Lamp Inspection,

3) the buyer will be responsible for paying any and all DMV fees, and 

4) the buyer will receive a title branded as Salvaged.

Out-of-state buyers are subject to the laws governing motor vehicles in their state.
